The staff goes out of the way to please. Saw them at the Atlanta RV show and we decided to make a run to North Georgia to check them out. The fifth wheel we wanted was not in stock but they had one on order. We had confidence in the staff and made a deposit on the RV that very same day. They worked with us from start to finish. Omg they really took care of us. The rvs were super clean. We rented a 30 foot rv and loved our experience. We were worried about bringing out back super clean but they were really laid back about it. We will definitely be doing this again sometime.
My husband and I have done business with United for a long time. That's where we take our camper for minor repairs. Our. Fifth wheel needed. A little work so we took it to BJ he works for. Bill. Bill owns United but BJ is his. Right hand man. He is a fine man and does great. Work. Well. They all good people. That's the place to go if you want a beautiful camper. United just did warranty work on our Crusader. Even though we didn't purchase it from them, they were extremely helpful and did great, quality work. Definitely recommend them for service and sales! Great dealership!
Purchase process was excellent and salesman Ken was very informative and patient with my wife and I buying our first camper.
