I had a roof and siding done with United a little over a year ago. I waited over a year to do this review to be able to better rate the job, how it's holding up, and service after the sale. Bottom line, it's been a horrible experience. The roof color was nowhere near what it looked like on the webpage. The salesman didn't have samples and assurred us that the colors were accurate online. New roof leaked for months! Ruined office equipment. Tim Brooks promised he would make everything right and then refused! Had to sue them! Avoid this business and these people!
