So far I'm very satisfied with the re roofing of our house. Employees were hard working and courteous. They finished the job on time. I talked to the owner of the company and found him to be very polite and caring. The secretary was very helpful and answered all questions. The salesman Tad was very honest and polite. I would recommend United Roofing.
We had United Install a new roof on our home Jan. 2020. The installers where very hard working & got the roof done in one day. Our issue is with a rude employee named Eric. We call regarding something we needed to be looked at. First were told the builder of the homes in Oak run were responsible. We have a contractor look at the problem & they said it was United's doing. United refused to come check it out & Eric was very rude during our call with our contractor and actually hung up on him. Just had my roof completed. The work was excellent but they had to leave there dump trailer in my driveway over a weekend.The dump trailer had two flat tires so I called on Sunday to report. No one called me back on Monday.So I called again an they advised would pick up later in the day. Received my bill for the job and had a question on it.
