Edit: 1/27/2026: Still having alignment problems. Been dealing with this for several years. Just wanted to make sure you know that this is still not fixed years later. Still blames Xerox. Still can't get Xerox out to fix the problems. What a crap show. Do not use these people for fixing your Xerox. They do not know how to fix these copiers. I've had my Versant 4100 for a year and a half and it has never worked right. We are still waiting for XEROX to actually fix it but it has taken a long, long, long time. Krys is amazing! Patient, Professional, Polite and Prompt. He is experienced with out machine and a Pleasure to deal with. No matter how many times we call him, he is never aggravated and very kind and knowledgeable and ALWAYS handles the issue to our complete satisfaction.

Consistantly bad service, ever since United Repro Graphics was bought by UBEO all customer service and support has gone down hill in a drastic way.

Had no clue who they are or what they do. But after following their mobile billboard amd watching the driver blow through four stops signs and speed through my neighborhood ill likely not deal with them. No they won't go out of business due to this review nor do I want them to. My hope is that maybe they do something about safer driving practices. Fleet # C007 License plate # CNY520. Pic to follow.
