- 1000 stars!!! I've seen the bad reviews about them as a business, it's no wonder that they have horrible drivers as well. Their driver literally ran 3 people off the side of the road yesterday on 70; all so he could get 2 seconds ahead. Really irresponsible & dangerous. Hope he gets his due.

Edit: 1/27/2026: Still having alignment problems. Been dealing with this for several years. Just wanted to make sure you know that this is still not fixed years later. Still blames Xerox. Still can't get Xerox out to fix the problems. What a crap show. Do not use these people for fixing your Xerox. They do not know how to fix these copiers. I've had my Versant 4100 for a year and a half and it has never worked right. We are still waiting for XEROX to actually fix it but it has taken a long, long, long time. Krys is amazing! Patient, Professional, Polite and Prompt. He is experienced with out machine and a Pleasure to deal with. No matter how many times we call him, he is never aggravated and very kind and knowledgeable and ALWAYS handles the issue to our complete satisfaction.
