Consistantly bad service, ever since United Repro Graphics was bought by UBEO all customer service and support has gone down hill in a drastic way.

Had no clue who they are or what they do. But after following their mobile billboard amd watching the driver blow through four stops signs and speed through my neighborhood ill likely not deal with them. No they won't go out of business due to this review nor do I want them to. My hope is that maybe they do something about safer driving practices. Fleet # C007 License plate # CNY520. Pic to follow.

I need to print I hit print and the printer prints!!!!! Yes life can be that easy.. With UBEO if I hit print and nothing happens I do NOT freak out or start looking for another job. I give UBEO a quick call and get even faster help. When Krys shows up you know the problem has now meet its match! Back up and printing in no time. Super Friendly, Super Fast, Super Awesome!

Our Rep Bruce was in training in California the week the copiers went down. Shane was a fantastic replacement- he ordered parts for both machines to arrive on a rush basis. As soon as the parts arrived, Shane came down to our office and installed and tested both copiers. Not only did Shane work hard to get both machines up and running for us, but he also answered all of my questions in an understandable way.
