Absolutely horrible experience. Randy came out twice total for a warranty claim. The first time, he was rude, condescending, and decidedly unhelpful. He blamed me for the problem, saying that I wasn't loading the dishwasher correctly and didn't shut the dishwasher door correctly. My dishwasher failed again (and has been for 2 months) the next day so I called back (per his instructions), waited another 2 weeks for an appointment. Very quick, and on time, office girls are always helpful either over the phone or in person, service fellas sent out always make sure job get finished or either direct me great businesses that can help out if their expertise can't

“On time - Fixed right - Very pleased” I needed some warranty work done on an Insinkerator Instant Hot dispenser for our kitchen, which had been installed by a different vendor, who said there might be a problem with the unit, and suggested we call United Repair Co, because they did all the warranty work for the part. i had to have these guys out to my house 3 times to fix the SAME problem! the 4th time they told me to call the manufacturer!!! are you serious?! you couldnt fix it right the first time or the seond or the third and the fourth you're just gonna give up?! horrible business!!!!!!! i'm only giving one star because i cant give zero!
