Waited 1 1/2 hrs to be loaded with 1 skid. I was told all forklifts were busy while a forklift sat at the front door for 40 min. Was told by the guy working the desk that forklift couldn’t load me. Someone finally jumped in that exact forklift and gathered my load. Then the same guy from the front and 3 others stood around that forklift talking and laughing and vaping while I’m still waiting for 15 more minutes. Ridiculous. Needs new management.
First Class. Recommend.
great service and friendly people. Fast service and very professional
DELIVERED AS EXPECTED
Awesome customer service! Erin was extremely helpful and great to work with. And I was pleasantly surprised that the branch had the item in stock and arranged for a same day pickup.
