Rental unit was delivered visibly dirty on the interior and the handwashing station was damaged and unusable. Water leaked steadily over the floor of the bathroom creating a hazardous situation for users. Spent an hour cleaning it, filled the water tank myself, and then could not use due to the steady leak from the broken foot pump. Company offered a minimal refund. Poor service. Can only give these guys one star because the driver was a nice guy. We rented a porta-potty for contruction work at our house. Took a lot of nagging to get the quote converted to a sale and delivery, and the delivery came very late the day it was promised. Had one cleaning the 5 weeks we had it onsite. Even though it was delivered late in the day, it was picked up at 6:00 am, before daybreak on a completely dark driveway (can you say, repo?) even though we had NO indication they were coming to get it, leaving us scrambling ... read more
