We rented the medium type of porta potty with a sink and a flushable toilet. The exterior still looked like something on a construction site, but we knew that and put screens up. They delivered on time. The units were really not that clean, very dusty and dirt on top of the towel rack. So, we had to clean. Also, the base of the sink was leaking slightly, but enough to drip on the floor.
