We had a very disappointing experience with United Rentals’ portable restroom services. While we appreciated the spaciousness and accessibility of the handicap-accessible unit, the service and responsiveness left much to be desired. 1. I walk the park (Ross Park) in Norton Shores, MI. Your port-a-johns are always clean and well stocked, and there are multiple ones. Please relay to your staff, their work does not go unnoticed. They do a great job and have for years. No one really wants to use a portable toilet but yours are always pleasant to use. Thank you for your continued superior service.
