We have used reliable for years at our boat dock and for the entire season each year. This year has been absolutely terrible! I do not know what has happened but they do not show to clean the porta poty. It went a month this summer without a clean and when I called I was told they couldn’t get there until the next clean date and that it was a courtesy to clean and they would not give me any credit even though I couldn’t use it. They are very helpful, reasonably priced, and willing to work with our needs of unit placement. Have tried other companies, but United Rentals is the best!
