We have rented a porta potty from this company since 2021 and every time someone comes to clean it they leave the trash from the potty on the ground or they leave their trash in our driveway. We have called numerous times about this issue and it is still happening. Today the toilet was cleaned and the driver threw his sandwich in our driveway along with dirty gloves and the toilet paper rolls. This is an ongoing issue that still hasn’t been resolved they have no respect for someone else’s property.
Very clean rentals and quality service from the reservation process to delivery and installation to pick up.
Highly recommended service and company. I rented a unit for my birthday party and this was the best idea ever. Got compliments from my friends and family with this option being available to use. Good pricing and customer service. Will definitely do business with them again.
United Rentals staff are very professional and very knowledgeable on the product. Their communication was awesome. I stayed informed the entire time that I had the equipment on site.
The VIP Restroom Trailer Mike brought out was fantastic and nicer than the bathroom in my house. Thanks for the great service.
