After confirming 3x with multiple people that the generator would have the proper connections, it was delivered without the proper connections or extension cord. The delivery drive then went to snag what he claimed as an adapter, its wasn't, it needed to be hard wired in by an electrician, but the cable gauge they gave us wasn't the right gauge to be able to convert to the attachment we needed. It's hard to completely capture how incredible the United Rentals Salt Lake City Power Branch is. Requesting a critical, time-sensitive power request on short-notice was a tall order. But thanks to the Team's world-class professionalism, best-in-class technical execution, and top-tier communication, our worries were put to rest. Their responsiveness and follow-through is second to none. I cannot recommend them enough.
