These guys are AMAZING! They were able to accommodate our rental needs and went above and beyond in their customer service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will definitely be returning customers! Cannot say enough about how professional and efficient they were. Wonderful service!
Knowledgeable company.
Terrible customer service and very difficult to deal with. They also don't seem to understand that time is money. Took 2 days, 4 forms, and numerous emails and texts trying to open a charge account, only to be told that my "account" would be C.O.D. Called Xylem at 2pm, approved for a charge account and a pump at my property by 5pm. Would not recommend using Thompson Pump for rentals, I can't speak on their product as I was never even allowed to test one out or even see a pump at their facility.
