If I could give zero, I would. These people have absolutely ZERO communication or organization skills. They’ve had our pump since god knows when and take forever to return phone calls with the same answer. I dropped our pump off and 4 months later, no calls, no returned calls, no answers, I showed up and they had no idea whose it was despite equipment numbers and our logo on it.
