Customer Service was not good. The manger (Patrick) was not easy to speak with and kept talking over me when trying to explain my issue. I was misinformed and taken of advantage of as a customer who had very little experience with renting the type of equipment (Ride on floor Scraper) and using the proper tool (Blades) with the equipment.
