I paid nearly $300 for a 1day rental cooling unit for a grad party venue. It took a week to secure rental due to phone tag. I had to drive an hour to pick it up and then house it for free for the weekend and return to on Monday. The equipment had to be reset over and over, never achieving a cool venue due to its improper functioning. I literally opened doors and windows and brought in my own industrial fan for cooling.
