I called in right before closing and Brad answered the phone and after explaining my situation and needs to him he went to work on our behalf. He made an instant commitment to help us with our needs and he gave me his cell number to stay in touch while he located and delivered the equipment we needed. I am on an exterior renovation project where the finishes have to be kept at a certain temperature while they cure. This would've made the winter difficult for us, but United Rentals Climate Solutions was able to hook us up with some temporary heaters during the winter months. They checked in on me periodically throughout the winter to make sure everything was going smooth and if I needed anything adjusted, they were always quick to help. Bradley Russell, Chris Shipley, and Chandler were excellent to work with.
