Great experience from the first phone call to the office to delivery and installation. Office manager took the time to explain options to me, then set up next-day delivery and installation. United Rentals was contacted when my stores heat went out. Not only were they very quick to respond but the technician, Brandon, was efficient and professional. He made sure the portable heating units were installed quickly and correctly and answered all of our questions before he left. Will definitely use them again.
