Firstly, I would like to clarify that this review is for the entire United Rentals reservation process. Two weeks ago, we called the reservation group (as the website only shows the reservation phone number) and received a quote and confirmation for equipment that was critical to our operation. One week before the rental was scheduled to begin, we called to confirm that the equipment was ready, and we were informed that it would not be available.
