How much does it cost to say “Good morning”? I came in to return a trimmer something very simple but the lack of basic courtesy really stood out. While I was waiting at the customer service counter, a lady and a gentleman looked at each other, and it was clear one was asking the other to help me. But neither of them acknowledged me.
