Terrible experience. With the branch , corporate , front desk and all around. I reserved a lift online and paid for it online and received confirmation. Branch did not deliver the equipment and did not bother to even contact. I had to follow up and then they told me I had to go directly to the branch and pay for the equipment again and create a new account. I did not hear a single sincere apology for loosing half a day and I get attitude from a guy whose ultimate skills are grabbing things from the shelves and using keyboard... read more
Truly the absolute worst company to work with. We made reservations with United Rentals 5+ months ago. Days before our event, they cancel their order because they got another order. They have offered no resolution. We reserved thousands of dollars of gear & are now scrambling days before our event. How is this ok? Corporate is offering no solutions. Alex Martinez goes above and beyond for our company and is a huge asset to UR.
Don’t rent from here. They gave us a quote for a one-day forklift rental, and we agreed. Then they charged us for three days. They claimed we didn’t tell them we only needed it for one day.Even do the estimate paper shows for one day. Total scam. Stay away from here and zero customer service
