From sales to service... Reserved equipment over the phone and drove a little further because United Rentals has newer equipment and takes care of their customers better than other equipment rental companies. In the office, I met the manager, Jason, who was great to deal with. The workers in the yard loading equipment were cool mechanics, able to answer questions and demonstrate the machine. Great to see people at companies that like their work, and it shows at United Rentals in Greer, SC.

Fast, thorough, friendly, and professional service here from everyone. I rented a wood chipper for 24hrs and expected it to be a difficult process, but it was the easiest thing in the world. Both pickup and drop-off. There's a QT station right across from United Rental. Very convenient spot to fill up the tank of your rental when you return. Respect for the crew here. Highly recommended, will be coming back here any time I need to rent large equipment.
