I have been doing business with this company for over 20 years. On 3/20/26 at about 11:15 A.M.I was the only customer in Tyler Texas store and I was 100% flat out ignored. Not a single person made eye contact or said I will be with you in a minute, It was like I was invisible! I am still stewing about this!
I needed to move a very large bulk water/ice vending machine. This drop deck trailer from United Rentals pulled easy, dropped all the way to the ground, lifted back up as if nothing was on the trailer deck. Fully loaded the pull was easy and the unloading even easier than loading. I will be back again and again.
Great place the workers are very helpful and kind. Special thanks to Luke Oxsheer for everything really appreciate u.
