New to the area and seems there's no one there to answer the phone. Always rings busy. Other locations answer right away.
Great help good service
Had previously left a not so stellar review, but after a few more experiences with them they have proven themselves to go above and beyond in customer service and have excellent condition equipment.
I have rented here several times. I had an issue with pricing and the manager ,John personally called me to work the issue out until I was satisfied. Good people.!Good company.! I would recommend Franklin to anyone who needs to rent equipment
