The manager of the Edmond location, Jose truly goes above and beyond for his customers. We will continue to be customers in the future
Horrible!! I called in advance to see if they had a tool that I needed to rent. The lady said yes, We have that. I drove 30 minutes to pick it up and was told by a very rude guy that we don't carry that and tried to talk me into renting a totally different tool that would definitely not work for what I was doing. Total waste of an hour of my time. I went to Home Depot and renting what I needed from nice staff.
Jose and Cynthia are the best! Highly recommend their location!
