I work for a company that had long standing with United Rentals and this last order helped me realize why we rely on them so much! I was assisted by Erik Arredondo and he was a huge help for us! We were stuck in a really bad spot and he offered to help us immediately and came up with a solution to our issue. We were expecting a delivery on a Friday at 1pm, totally understanding with are in So Cal, there is traffic and any other variable. What is NOT acceptable is lies from United Rentals and poor customer service from the team and especially "supervisor" Katlyn. Also, other employees were checking the status of my delivery and said they would call right back and never did, that is after it was an hour and a half late.
