We were expecting a delivery on a Friday at 1pm, totally understanding with are in So Cal, there is traffic and any other variable. What is NOT acceptable is lies from United Rentals and poor customer service from the team and especially "supervisor" Katlyn. Also, other employees were checking the status of my delivery and said they would call right back and never did, that is after it was an hour and a half late. Fast and net. Equipment always in good condition
Rented a floor cleaner machine from the Andrew the manager there. Experience was excellent, this is a really clean place with professional employees and great customer service. They pick up the phone whenever I called, always seemed to want to actually help my business with the equipment they have. Ismael delivered the machine and explained how to use it in great detail. Will be coming back to United gladly next time I need to rent equipment.
