Very unprofessional and superficial! I have a company account and I have been a customer for years. I rent a water tank trailer for 1 month and get the email confirmation. They they call to collect CC on file. I go ahead rent a Enterprise truck , schedule the DOT and City Inspector on site the next day only to get a call saying that they don’t have the unit anymore and they rented it out to someone else.
