Staff canceled my reservation without notice. When I arrived they said my phone number and address were invalid…I checked the info in my online account and everything was correct. In addition to that while reserving the equipment I also entered my Credit card info and email. They did NOT even send a email informing me of the cancellation and attempted to delete the reservation from the system. I contacted corporate, the reservation was still in the Corporate system, the info was correct.
I ordered a enclosed skidsteer over a month in advance with 4 attachments, bushhog, root rake, finish bucket and forks. I was told that I would get what I ordered. What I received was a open cab that wasn't high flow to run the bushhog attachment that came with the skidsteer. I hooked it up and it barely was rotating. I could only use the bucket and Forks and all 4 attachments were delivered at the same time.I have used united rental in the past and never had any problems.
