Staff canceled my reservation without notice. When I arrived they said my phone number and address were invalid…I checked the info in my online account and everything was correct. In addition to that while reserving the equipment I also entered my Credit card info and email. They did NOT even send a email informing me of the cancellation and attempted to delete the reservation from the system. I contacted corporate, the reservation was still in the Corporate system, the info was correct.
I ordered a enclosed skidsteer over a month in advance with 4 attachments, bushhog, root rake, finish bucket and forks. I was told that I would get what I ordered. What I received was a open cab that wasn't high flow to run the bushhog attachment that came with the skidsteer. I hooked it up and it barely was rotating. I could only use the bucket and Forks and all 4 attachments were delivered at the same time.I have used united rental in the past and never had any problems. United rentals is a top notch company. Not only do they have everything for residential and commercial equipment rentals they only rent quality goods. I had the pleasure of being helped by Michael Burnett, he went above and beyond the realm of basic good customer service, he was knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. Real pleasure to deal with. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I can't say enough about the company and its employees.
