Good experience
Great customer service. Rental equipment on hand and ready to rent.
UR certainly is the biggest rental company in the world. Inventories are not accurate and made me loose time. Unless you know some one inside of a branch their service is not practical. All people I spoke to were nice and trying to do their job. Just the tools I needed were not available where they say it will be.
