United rentals provided equipment for a contractor at my house. They filed the notice to lien for the rental. The job is done for over a month now. Seven phone calls four emails later I still can’t get a lien release from the company. Always got a talk to a different department in a different state and they can’t help me. This company just seems so big the bureaucracy is insane so frustrating that they can’t provide a homeowner as simple lien release.

Personnel were professional and courteous. Equipment was picked up and delivered on time. Good price and good equipment.
Two guys at the front were amazing with the rental. You can tell when someone is doing more than 100 percent, and that is what counts. I will definitely keep renting from United Rentals in Escondido. Keep the good work, guys, and keep being safe. I saw you guys have more than 2,400 days without accidents that's a big achievement.
