I went to the Temecula branch for required ID verification on my account. I had many problems renting a bucket truck from the San Bernardino branch, but Mr. Roger Hawley helped by calling several places. I’m still waiting for an email and don’t know what’s going on.
I needed to rent a concrete cutter first thing in the morning and there was only one person there opening up the shop. The guy who was working said that there was no one to rent equipment because someone had the day off. Chris was the guy helping me. He wasn't an office person but he made sure that he put me in contact with United rentals from another store to rent the machine over the phone.
