Beware! Not great communication, from the beginning of there expectations and then when called said they would call back after meetings or what not and nothing.. I had to call back.. I guess they dont remember customer service but apparently remember everything they say, but thats not on paperwork about pending charges. Otherwise equipment itself was good.
Everything I've ever rented from here has been quality equipment and their staff have always been very friendly and helpful.
Terrible service, terrible people. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
This place seems to have everything from scissor lifts to hand lifts
Michael my salesman went above and beyond. Made us feel like we were the only customer he was dealing with! Close attention to detail.
