We placed a reservation 3 weeks in advance. Was charged a deposit for the hold. We got a call 1 day before to let us know our reservation is not available. We have ordered large telescopic lifts of 125' for other larger projects and today we were told we are a cash customer and for liability they aren't able to help us. Sorry and bye. I will never rent from them again. Very poor customer service.
Gunnar at United Rentals was awesome to work with. He helped us lock in the excavator we needed right in time to keep our project on schedule. I was stressed that we weren’t going to meet our deadline, but Gunnar made the entire process seamless and went above and beyond to make sure we had the equipment we needed when we needed it. Great communication and great service all around. We’ll definitely be using United Rentals for our equipment rentals going forward. Highly recommend Gunnar and his team!
