Maybe if you have a corporate account things are good but don't go in there, especially the Ventura store, trying to rent as a private renter. They'll rent to you but they won't explain all the details completely and then the overcharges start ringing up! I came here because their "pricing" was much better than U-Haul. In the long run, a $350 one-day rental with U-Haul turned out to be an $835 one-day rental with United so be careful to get all the details!!!
