Great place to rent equipment from.
overall very satisfied with experience
Really happy with United Rentals on East Kearney in Springfield. They got us the equipment we needed for the big snowstorm last week. With extreme cold, there were a few issues, but Logan did a fantastic job taking care of us and we really appreciate it. We will definitely be back for more equipment.
We had a backhoe delivered to a fresh snowy plot of ground, and Nate from Joplin was absolutely amazing when it came to coordinating the correct route and location to drop the machine and get it where it needed to be. That man deserves a raise! Top notch service!
