Stood in by the counter while the older gentleman just played on his cell phone ignoring me. After 5 minutes of standing like a decoration I just left.
My husband called to rent a mini excavator for a week it was set up on auto pick up. We have used them beofre and had good service. They did not pick the equiment up on the targeted date and charged our debit card for another weeks rental, without permission. When I called to complain and get a refund for an unauthorized charge Dawn acted like it was not a big deal. She basically said that is the way they do business.
