I rented an articulating boom lift from United Rentals in East Syracuse for one week. The lift they delivered was in perfect condition and easy to use. The price was competitive and communication with the rental team was top notch during every step of the process. I was treated with kindness and understanding when reserving the lift, during delivery, and during pick-up. Carolyn and Roger are awesome!
Hector is a great point of contact and gets us into the right equipment and gets it to us when we need it. Highly recommended.
United Rentals provided excellent customer service, providing us with what we needed, even as a last minute request. Their service people are also amazing! We rent a forklift every year for a fundraising event, and they never let us down.
Great to work with
