Phone system hangs up every time I call. Not sure if they are open or closed or what but can't get through to talk to anyone. I've called 8 times over a 3 day period. Guess I'll go elsewhere.
Very accommodating and forgiving. I made the grave mistake of renting the wrong piece of equipment, I needed a 60' articulating boom lift but rented a 40' ft scissor lift. Smh. I know, I know, big mistake. But the crew at united rentals were able to get me the correct piece of equipment ON THE SAME DAY!!! Thank you so much Abraham and the amazing dispatcher ( I didn't get their name). Thank you, thank you!!
They’re always positive nice easy to work with very caring even the guys in the field help you get things done right and they’re quick I always use them no matter if they’re a little bit more expensive or not they’re worth it thanks so much for United rentals their stuff works thanks again Angel plumbing
