The person who is answering the phone is definitely not inviting and not trying to secure the sale or anything of that nature. It felt like an entire rush. She answered the phone like she really just didn't want to be bothered.
We rented from you. They exchanged out the boom bc first one had issues. They had a technician come out and help at 8:00 pm and spent two hours. It was such great customer service 😁. If we had to in the future we would definitely rent from you guys. You went above and beyond your calling to help out a residential customer. Whoever writes a bad review, I don't know how that can be. Our experience was amazing! Thank you to all who helped us.
Great professional experience
By far the worst place I have ever done business with. Customer service is not reliable at all. I will not recommend this place to rent or buy any equipment.
