Horrible experience. From trying to get a mini ex reserved and rented, the verification process is a joke because walking in with a state issued ID isn’t good enough after being told on the phone it would be. Then driving in to pick up the equipment the morning of the rental, I had to stand there and wait for the employees to get done with their stretch and joke session for 15 minutes after the store was open . The electric lift we rented was perfect for the job we needed. Battery life was good, even with 8 hours of use each day. Our only problem was being charged an additional approx. 800$ for needing to rent it for 1 more day. I believe they charged me for 2 additinal days.
