Horrible People to deal with
If you need equipment in Auburn, United Rentals is the kind of place that restores your faith in customer service. These guys don’t just rent equipment — they rent peace of mind. I was pointed their way by a local when I needed a dump trailer, and everything went off without a hitch… well, except the trailer hitch, which worked perfectly. Rented equipment from them for a short period and asked for them to remove it 2 weeks ago since we’re finished. It’s STILL onsite as of today. The incompetent guy on the phone keeps lying every time we call and saying that they will come remove it today. We’ve called multiple times, and somehow no one has come to pick it up. We’ve explained that we are not onsite so we can’t pick it up ourselves. We were billed for the removal and delivery. For some reason, no one from the branch wants to remove the equipment.
