I have had more bad experiences than good when it comes to renting equipment from various companies, from poor equipment to poor customer service - sometimes extremely poor. I had never done business with United Rentals before, but this company is different - in the best way. I drove across the state to purchase a used scissor lift, which was a better price and in better condition than any I had seen for sale as far as scissor lifts go. Cannot thank and appreciate the United Rentals team enough. We had purchased a used GR20 from them about a year ago which started giving us troubles. We reached out to UR and were escalated to the Tacoma Area GM Kevin Wickes. Not only did he take our concern very seriously, but he also promptly resolved the issue by pin pointing exactly what was wrong.
