Cannot thank and appreciate the United Rentals team enough. We had purchased a used GR20 from them about a year ago which started giving us troubles. We reached out to UR and were escalated to the Tacoma Area GM Kevin Wickes. Not only did he take our concern very seriously, but he also promptly resolved the issue by pin pointing exactly what was wrong. Fast and friendly service. Goes above and beyond to make your equipment run as advertised.
Had equipment set up to rent they canceled it got an attitude with me because they didn’t have equipment I was never rude. Then they lied and said they didn’t have anything available because I called another branch. Management is horrible I did nothing wrong and I paid people and took time off work to get this done and they just messed up everything. Don’t care about you unless your a big business!!!
