Nice deal on one day rental. Get it 2 pm Friday return 8 am Monday pay one day rental. Perfect for weekend warriors. The forklift I used is compact can lift 5K extends 10 ft front and back wheels turns so it can handle tight areas. Super happy!. I was able to get everything I needed done. James, the delivery driver had an awesome attitude and was very accommodating. Anybody that is that chipper on a cold freezing early morning has their head in the right place. Constantly blocks Hawthorne road causing backed up traffic. Literally a 3 ton vehicle in the middle of the road blocking both ways.

They kept charging me after 4 calls to take off rental. Then they billed me for 2 more months! When they agreed to a refund in was only 40% of the cost. Refund took 7 days. I was never informed of charges and have never received a receipt until I requested them even after asking for them at time of rental. Last time i rented from united rental the pickup vehicle blew hydraulic fluid for 1 1/2 miles with no effort to cleanup fluids. We rented a drop bed trailer and were very impressed. It worked great and pulled perfectly. Beyond that, the customer service was fabulous. I didn't catch the name of our salesman, but he had to deal with a very difficult customer. He had the patience of Job and went above and beyond to ensure that this customer understood everything. We'll definitely be renting again and I highly recommend.
