I just needed to jump on here and give Randy the branch manager big kuddos for making things happen and making sure I was 100% satisfied after a few hiccups with some equipment. Anyone running a business knows that time equals money and any downtime because of equipment issues is money lost and Randy is a top notch guy that did everything right when everything was going wrong. Great experience Jordan at the San Clemente UR was very helpful. Equipment was like new, arrived as promised . I will definitely rent again.
Just dropped off a generator. Had it for the weekend. Topped off the fuel at a gas station less than 2 miles from the rental location. Did not run the generator. Charges me for 10.9 gallons fuel. Crooks. Thieves
