Good equipment
I received a phone call today from these people, completely unsolicited, from a man who accused me of scamming them. He then immediately hung up on me. I have not been in the market for a rental, and if I ever am, I will most definitely not be using this office. Extremely rude.
Reserved a four seater close cab side-by-side for an event of mine Month and a half in advance online. I was Told online that there would be one found in shipped into the Wichita location for me if there was not one available locally. We always deal with United rental back in Texas and tend to keep their equipment working properly. If you want to safe your self a headache try not to deal with specific location. The first generator we got was leaking diesel and the bolts for the pigtails were all strip, we waited more than 3 hours for them to come switch it. We ended up taking it back and grabbing the other one our self. Second generator keeps shutting off, we lost more than half a day because of it. They came and “fix it” but same thing started happening ... read more
