My order was delivered to the wrong street, the wrong location, and at the wrong time. Every single detail was incorrect, and it caused us to deal with several additional problems afterward. If a company can't even get the most basic information—such as the delivery address, location, and timing—right, it's not a company I would choose to work with again.
Great and quick service.
Rented a post hole digger and boy was I surprised, for a one man piece I assumed it would be like something I would rent from Home Depot. This thing was powerful and easy to use, it started on the first try every time. I did notice after the first day was almost done that one of the bits one the screw attachment was missing, they went out of their way to call me back and said they would wait for me to get there to swap the attachment out for a different one.
