Rented a post hole digger and boy was I surprised, for a one man piece I assumed it would be like something I would rent from Home Depot. This thing was powerful and easy to use, it started on the first try every time. I did notice after the first day was almost done that one of the bits one the screw attachment was missing, they went out of their way to call me back and said they would wait for me to get there to swap the attachment out for a different one. This place is ridiculous. Ask the men that work there- it’s a mess. Unfinished work, safety issues, work piling up, yet open bays, etc. Men getting fired for “horseplay”, “not enough work” - yet there’s things that still aren’t getting done. The branch manager, J—, is running a poor place and has poor leadership skills. An intern runs the place by himself for months after multiple men are fired or voluntarily left after J came in and started managing. Ask yourself why numerous people left after J came in.
