Ordered a water trailer. Didnt realize there r 2 types. One with a pump that is stationary on the trailer, and the other with pump that is removable. Would’ve liked to know that information upfront so we do what we would need for our job. We were given the trailer with the pump that is not removable and we did not come prepared with our own hose. We had to rent from the other location wasting time.
From start to finish these guys handled things professionally, were helpful in the loading and unloading, and all around wonderful. For sure will rent again and again.
Gave them 2 stars an hour ago. Since then they have credited me to compensate for the lost time. Very pleased with their fast courteous response. Definitely use again.
65’ Boomed arrived2-1/2 hours late. 3 men standing around waiting.
