I've tried other equipment services and i always go to United. A well rounded, multi-tiered company with very responsive people who show service with every opportunity
Rude, aggressive customer service. I rented a piece of equipment from them in May 2022. Upfront, two things- I don't rent equipment like this often and I don't mind paying the price and fees to rent said equipment. So, I reserve the equipment. United rentals charges my card for the reservation. They didn't say they'd charge it to reserve it but it's fine. We had to have the equipment. We return it the next day. The final bill is $225 more.
