courteous fast friendly, willing to serve not just sell
Worse rental company I tried to deal with. I spoke to sales and because it was my first rental with united I needed to go in and fill out paperwork. I took the time to drive to the mooresville location. ( 40 min one way) just to find out when I got there that they couldn’t guarantee what I needed when I needed it. I wish they told me that on the phone before I waisted my time. Sunbelt or cook rentals much easier to deal with.
Worst united rental service employees are rude and have the worst customer service there always have an attitude
