I was met with a bad attitude; at the entrance they don’t let you in, as if you were a dangerous criminal. The person who was loading me spent 15 minutes doing other things while my cargo lay a meter away from the car. When I politely asked them to sign the documents, they responded to me with extreme nervousness and irritation.
The entire experience with United Rentals was excellent.
Just doing the initial was not as simple, but at check out I was able to make corrections.
